1. Why do people come
to us for lifestyle coaching?
I work with people who are looking
to spark an important personal or professional transition,
who are stuck or who want to get more than they are getting
from life today. This could be anything from a divorce or
separation to a new career or starting your own business.
Some people also seek the assistance of coaching to help them
gain certainty with their vision and clarity about their direction
in life. Regardless of why, if you desire something more,
coaching can help you find and achieve it. In personal coaching
I’ll help you explore challenges and make the most of life's
opportunities.
2. How does the lifestyle
coaching process work?
Mostly, coaching is a private
conversation between you and your coach. I'll help you find
your way past confusion to generate your own solutions. When
you are taking on a larger goal, I'll help you design the
project and provide the support and structure needed to make
sure the project gets completed. I'll bring out your best
by offering feedback, encouraging the highest standards, and
helping you strategize and celebrate the wins.
I’ll strategize with you, keep
you on track, push you, encourage you, and challenge you as
necessary in order to reach your vision. I guide, I inspire
and I offer insightful and powerful questions that will help
to bring out your personal best. If its important to you,
I will help you to see the possibilities and choices that
are available to you and help you tap into your hidden skills.

3. How do we work together?
I recognize that every person’s
needs are unique so the format and frequency of coaching is
established during an initial session. Usually, lifestyle
coaching is delivered during regular sessions in person or
by telephone lasting 30 to 45 minutes, two to four times each
month. You'll bring an agenda of items to the call, and we'll
work together to make sure you define and achieve exactly
what you want; from that, we'll develop an action plan to
point you on a solid course in the direction you commit to.
4. How much time does
it take?
In order to consistently reach
your goals, I'll ask that you commit to at least a three-month
coaching process. It takes at least that long to integrate
newly acquired skills that lead to effective ways of being,
thinking and doing that lead to your Ultimate Business and
Personal Life Mastery. The initial consultation will take
approximately one hour.
5. How would I get started?
If you feel this type of relationship
could work for you, just call. We will be interested to hear
about your goals, needs and challenges. We can do a sample
coaching session during that call if that will help you decide
if coaching is for you.
Of course, you'll want to get
comfortable with the coach of your choice and make sure that
you "fit" together. We'll spend some extra time
(gratis) with new clients getting to know them and you getting
to know us.
